      <image:caption>We were involved in the design and development of the app, starting by validating it with with existing bank clients, and building it gradually based on constant feedback loops with users, bank stakeholders, and what was technologically feasible. So constant communication between designers, developers, as well as product owners, and relevant stakeholders from the client’s side (Legal, IT, Marketing, etc.) was crucial.
