ARPA Industriale needed to increase brand awareness while at the same time managing and improving the relationship and service with their current clients and partners.
The only digital solution they had back then was a website showcasing products, all the other relationships between the main actors where offline and through “outdated” mediums.

the process and STRATEGY

Research & finding:
- Doing field research, observing and interviewing the main actors.
- Building a scaled-down service blueprint in order to understand relationships and touchpoints.
- Discover discovered insights and opportunities.
Proposal:
- Presenting a descriptive and predictive value web.
- Building a roadmap and action plan as well as first steps for implementation.

SOLUTION PROPOSAL

An online platform that would make the client unique in the way they collaborate with customers, by creating a community.

Maintaining offline communication alive -which was a core offer- personalising and speeding the design process in order to reduce costs at the end of the process and empower end users giving them a sense of security and a transparent process.
