THE COLLABORATION
I have collaborated with Jabra in various projects. The range has varied from facilitation of inspiration workshops, imagining future scenarios with emerging technologies, to setting up and running user tests in order to gather insights and improve their existing software offerings
MY ROLE
No matter the project, the teams have always been multidisciplinary and it has been my role to act as the translator of business and stakeholder needs, into user-centered experiences, and granulated user stories that could be implemented.
the projects
I worked both as a Service and User Experience designer. I’ve been involved in the design of their Jabra Sports App, as well as for their PC applications, Jabra Direct and Xpress, where I was also in charge of doing design research in order to define a new design direction the applications should take.
