The client was going through two major organisational transformations, and they needed to kick off the strategy meetings by making the most out of a few days, with leaders from 6 different areas that where present, as well as with remote stakeholders from clusters around the world.

My role: Service Designer
the process
My responsibilities laid on setting the frame for the workshops, facilitating a collaborative and co-design process in order to define Change Management initiatives worldwide.
These projects were both challenging and rewarding as we had the possibility of working with stakeholders from different professional and cultural backgrounds, and move the processes forward closer to the main goal, working with a tough time-constraint.
results
The end result was a tested roadmap and a high-level action plan that could serve as first steps for for their internal transformation.
The collaboration was a success, achieving good outcomes with excellent feedback, which led to new opportunities in relation to their transformation around industri 4.0.
