These are some of the latest projects I’ve been a part of:

Client: DSM-EP

Brief: As a part of new organizational digital initiatives, and based on different business goals, DSM-EP had been working on the concept of Engineer Connect, which had as an initial purpose to inspire, connect and collaborate with engineers. We were asked to help them in redefining the concept, in order to revalidate it with internal stakeholders around the world. The project is ongoing.

The process and my role: Utilised diferent collaboration tools and exercises in order to extract the value from the initial concept; redefined the business objectives by drawing a as-is customer journey, identify internal strenghts and weaknesses, and opportunity spaces that would bring the concept to the next phase.

Client: GN Re Sound

Brief: Jayway worked on the design and development of GN’s existing Resound Relief app, which helps users manage their tinnitus. The app needs an improvement iteration and more work on concept development.

The process and my role: As a Service and User Experience Designer, I have worked closely with the client in defining the potential future of the app. It has been my role to envision how could this app be the trigger for a wider research concept, and how could GN build upon it, and strengthen customer loyalty by creating user profiles that would be valuable in the short and long term, both for the client and the end users. My tasks have been to visualise the existing user journey, and map the ecosystem around the app in order to build a story and a pitch to present to the client.

Client: Stylepit

Brief: User Experience analysis and recommendations based on best practices.

The process and my role: As a User Experience Designer I have been in charge of decomposing the user flow of their existing webpage on mobile. My role was to create user profiles, Jobs-to-be-done user stories and follow their user journey in order to find flaws, pain points and recommend improvements based on Visual Design best practices. My goal is to have an understanding of the users’ context, and a more clear idea of the client’s goals in terms of brand message, target users and roadmap of the product, in order to not only propose a new visual design direction - but also, present a roadmap based on personas and scenarios of use.

Client: Tetra Pak

Brief: Design Sprints that kick-off a Strategic Management transformation.
Design Sprints that serve as kick-off for internal app management strategy.

The process and my role: I have worked with Tetra Pak in 2 unrelated projects. My role in these cases has been as a Business Designer and Facilitator. Tetra Pak approached us in order to get help with the facilitation of workshops based on the Google Design Sprint. The purpose of this workshops was to kick-off two major organisational transformations. I have been in contact with the client from the first meetings, setting the frame for the workshops, discussing outcomes and next steps, as well as collaborating with stakeholders from across different regions. These projects were both challenging and rewarding as they have given me the opportunity to adapt the original version of the GDS, in order to fit the customer needs, producing and testing a roadmap and a high-level action plan that could serve as first steps for for their internal Change Management. Both sprints have achieved a successful outcome with excellent results and feedback.

Client: Nykredit:

Brief: Nykredit launched loyalty concept under the umbrella "Mere". We were involved in the inception of the concept and up to the development of the app and launch of the first version within 6 months.

My role and the process: Working from the concept development phase, my role was to facilitate several workshops, (2 Design Sprints, ideation workshops, etc.) as well as to support the UX team with driving the tested prototypes from the sprint into tangible solutions.

The collaboration between designers, developers and client’s stakeholders has been particularly interesting as it is a complex project with various dependancies, so communication with several departments from Nykredit (Legal, IT, Marketing, etc.) has been crucial.

Client: IKEA:

Brief: IKEA’s Business Solutions area needed to test a concept for an internal communication software.

My role and the process: Google Design Sprint facilitator.

client: Widex

Brief: Widex needed a mobile application that would enable users to control their hearing aids from their phone (Widex Beyond).

My role and process: User Experience Designer. We worked in a team of 22, including developers, testers and UI designers I was involved in designing some of the features for the Widex Beyond app. I was also involved in user tests before their release.

client: IO Interactive

Brief: Jayway was in charge of developing the companion app for their succesful Hitman game.

My role and the process: Having a UX role, a good collaboration with IO’s visual designers, and with a clear direction from their Creative Director, we managed to release the first version of the app within 8 weeks of the project’s kick-off.

It was interesting and rewarding to come up with a concept for a product that has a big and engaged audience.
